Frequently asked questions
Which classes can we apply for?
Creche and Pre-KG for toddlers, Kindergarten (KG 1 and KG 2) from age 4, Primary (Basic 1 to Basic 6), and Junior High (JHS 1 to JHS 3). Most children enter at Creche, KG 1, Basic 1 or JHS 1, and mid-stream entry into any class is welcome where there is space, after a short assessment.
What are the requirements?
Bring these on assessment day: 1. A completed application form from the school office. 2. A photocopy of the child's birth certificate (with the original for sighting). 3. Four recent passport-size photos of the child. 4. The child's immunisation and health record (Creche and Kindergarten). 5. The last term's report card plus a transfer letter from the previous school (Basic 2 upwards, including all JHS classes). 6. A valid ID of the parent or guardian.
What about fees?
Fees are set per term in the official fee schedule: a one-time admission fee for new entrants, termly tuition, and optional feeding and transport services. Every payment is receipted at the school office or through the school's bank and mobile money channels, and fees fall due in the first week of every term. Collect the current schedule from the office when you visit.
How do we start?
Call 0591781288 or send a message through the contact form. You will be invited to tour the campus with your child, followed by a short age-appropriate assessment in English and Mathematics: oral and practical for the little ones, written for older classes. Successful families receive an offer letter, complete registration, and pick up uniforms, books, and the term calendar before reopening.
When should we apply?
Admission runs all year while places last. The smoothest entry is in the weeks before a new term reopens, when assessments are held in batches and uniforms and books are issued together.
